Enrollment is completed electronically at grades.BSS.org. 

If your child is new or returning to BSS after time away, visit New Students for support resources and instructions.

If your child is currently enrolled and moving up to the next grade level, visit Existing Students for support resources and instructions.

Yes. All student enrollment and verification is completed electronically.  

You will need the following documents:

• Address verification documentation 
• Immunization records 
• Emergency and medical contact information 
• Age verification documentation 
• Previous education experience (transcript) 
• Special Education support documentation (IEP)  

School office support will be available soon. In the meantime, you can reach out for support in the following ways:

Visit your neighborhood school or the Educational Service Center where computers are available to use. 

Enrollment is determined by your home address. To identify your neighborhood school(s) search your address on our School Boundary Map.

Please proceed with completing the online verification process, then contact Elyse Finlay in Business Services at choice@BSS.org or 253-945-2098.

First, you need to register at your home school. Then, you can apply for Choice enrollment. More information can be found under Choice Enrollment.

The online enrollment or verification process must be completed for elementary scholars prior to the first day of school. This must be completed for secondary students prior to the school’s schedule pick-up event. 

Contact your child’s school to withdraw and request a copy of records.

ParentVUE is the place for current information about your child’s attendance, grades, academic courses, and teacher information throughout the school year. Each parent/guardian can have their own personalized access to ParentVUE.

2. Click “I am a parent” 
3. Click “More Options” 
4. Click “Activate Account” 
5. Press “I Accept” 

To activate your account, enter your first and last name exactly as it was registered in our system, along with the activation key provided to you by your school. Get your activation key by emailing grades@BSS.org or contact your student’s school.
